4 Days 3 Nights Cairo Sinai Holy Land

Day 1

Arrival Cairo you will be assisted through immigration and customs by our representative, then escorted to your hotel.

After lunch Start a Guided tour visiting Coptic Cairo is a part of Old Cairo religion community which encompasses the Babylon Fortress, the Hanging Church, and many other Coptic churches and historical sites like Abraham bin Ezra synagogue (which contains the most important Genizah documents) and Amr bin Al-As mosque (first mosque was built in Africa). It is believed that the Holy Family visited this area and stayed at the site of Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church (Abu Serga). Coptic Cairo was a stronghold for Christianity in Egypt until the Islamic era, though most of the current buildings of the churches in Coptic Cairo were built after the Muslim conquest of Egypt.

Proceed to visit St. Simon church which is carved in Moqattam Mountain

Dinner and overnight

Day 2

Start the guided tour to visit the Giza Pyramids Today there are more than 93 Pyramids in Egypt; but the three main Pyramids are in Giza Plateau, which were built in the 4th Dynasty (circa 2650 B.C). The Pyramids of Ancient Egypt were built as tombs for Kings (and Queens), and it was the exclusive privilege to have a Pyramid tomb. The most famous ones are those at Giza, The Great Sphinx, or as the ancients knew it, “Shesib Ankh” or “the living image”, has to be one of the most recognisable constructions in history.

Stop by Perfume factory where scents made from lotus flower, papyrus or jasmine oil. These fine perfumes need equally fine glass bottles. Stop by Papyrus institute where can find how the ancient Egyptians used the papyrus for writing and can buy some souvenirs for your friends

Day 3

After breakfast, Proceed to St Catherine – Sinai (6-8 hours) through the tunnel of Ahmed Hamdy near to Suez city which goes under the Suez canal witch connecting the red sea with the Mediterranean sea then you will stop by Moses Springs ( Oyoun Musa) and you will know a lot about Moses and the Exodus.

Day 4

Start about 01:30 A.M to reach the top of the mountain to watch the sun rise and to live the experience of Moses (an option to ride camels at your own expense to ascend the mountain instead of walking) The Mountain of Moses (about 2,285-metre) where the prophet Moses received the Ten Commandments.

After descending will visit the Monastery of St Catherine which including visiting the well of Moses place where he met his wife Zipporah and the famous church of transfiguration and as well the site of the burning bush.

Back to hotel for breakfast and rest, after Breakfast Drive to Taba Border.
